This Beautiful Home in the heart of Chesire was added to by constructing a Huge extension from the main House, with Spa features and top of the range bedroom, ensuites and living spaces. ALB Roofing Developments Ltd with our highly trained operatives Installing a range of products to show versatility on this project. Velux windows were installed into the newly laid Pitched elevations of the property using a Marley Hawkins plain tile in Staffordshire blue, Bedded gables and Terracotta Roll Top Ridges with finials to match. 

Overlooking the driveway area a Lead dormer installed by our Lead Operative with welted cheeks and welded seals, Moving onto the Huge Flat roof area works were boarded by onsite joiners, as the project was undertaken in the winter months our Approved Flat roofing team worked closely with on site joiners to make sure every board was laid once installed to maintain the high quality of the board so no moisture was trapped. Flat Roof had installed 4 Huge Lanterns and a box gutter detail around the perimeter with sump details. Alwitra Single ply VSK Membrane was installed to All flat areas including a dormer detail in which Alwitra Supplied Their standing seam profile for a superb finish.  

There were also a number of Front door and window area balcony roofs in which a warm deck was fitted using VCL and Insulation boards before applying our membrane.
