This project previously tiled, was experiencing water ingress due to a low pitch all tiles were removed and the roof was boarded out. Velux window relocated and a new new window installed timber kerbs and joining upstand created, before VSK membrane
Was installed to the area. After installation we finished off the project with a standing seam detail.
