This Project was carried out for a private client in a gated community, Project was managed by the client as a build for his parents. After original inspection some modifications had to be addressed due to poor installation from previous contractors, full build up within Warm Roof wasnt fitted correctly once issues were rectified we proceeded with the roofing works, Area was counterbattened for airflow felt and battened ready for Guardian Slates, Slates were specified by client. Conservation windows were installed front and back. Dormers were fitted with Alwitra VSK Membrane along with standing seam details for aesthetics. Secret gutters were formed by ALB Roofing prior to slating and Alwitra install to allow a consistent finish within the dormers without having to use exposed soakers. lead valleys with up stands formed for driving rain prevention. Really happy with the way this one turned out.
